E5xPC Road Building System
E5xPC Road Building System provides advantages to road builders, communities and the environment by being non-toxic, non-corrosive and totally biodegradable. E5xPC uses a complex non-bacterial concentrated multi-enzymatic formulation that alters the properties of earth materials, providing one of the most cost-effective methods to stabilize roads. In addition to creating a new and better way of building and maintaining roads, E5xPC is being used successfully in the construction of lake beds, mine leach pads, ponds and land fill liners, wherever there is a need to increase the load-bearing capacity of the soil and to reduce the plasticity and permeability. E5xPC is in liquid concentrate form, eliminating the need for bulk storage, pre-mixing or handling of large amounts of materials. It will not corrode equipment and is completely non-toxic. It requires no special handing equipment and no special containment procedures as required with toxic and/or corrosive agents. It does not irritate skin tissue and causes no rashes or burns. E5xPC contains no combustible materials, is non-explosive and can be used near open flames. It is non-gaseous and can be stored in poorly ventilated areas. It will not harm humans, animals, fish or vegetation under normal use and when disposing of our technology, it is totally biodegradable.

E5xPC ROADS ARE CHANGING LIVES
Outskirts of Nairobi
Residents of two villages welcomed the repair of their connecting road saying it has been in a state of disrepair for more than 10 decades.
They said the road has been a source of perennial campaign promises from politicians every election year.
“Since 1970s, we have always been promised the road will be tarmacked by leaders seeking our votes during elections. This is a dream come true for residents who have suffered for years due to the poor state of the road,” said Paul Kahoro.
Another resident, Jeremiah Michukli, said the area had been inaccessible especially during the rains.
“During the rainy season, it has always been a nightmare for locals to move since no vehicles would use the road. We are happy and grateful for what the county government has done.”

His Excellency President George Manneh Weah of Liberia through the Ministry of Public Works has approved the construction and asphalt paving of severals community roads within Montserrado and its Environs.
These are the roads that are in the pipeline to be built:
The Segment of the Doe Community Road connecting to Clara Town via a Bridge, Battery Factory Road connecting to Bali Island, Logan Town Broad Street Road, Pipeline Road, Rehab Road, and Bishop Michael Francis Road.
